Parking Signs and Requirements for our Parking Lots

Please note that each complex has parking signs in compliance with New York State and local laws. New York State law, as well as each Town and City have the following regulations in place concerning motor vehicles:

• Each vehicle must be registered, have plates and registration stickers on it at all times, and must be insured.
• No person may store any unregistered vehicle in the parking lots for any reason whatsoever.
• No person may block any entrance, driveway, garage, or park anywhere except in a designated parking spot.

Towing Service Information for our Parking Lots

Residents are responsible for all costs incurred. Vehicles must be in compliance with all Town, City, and State laws or risk being towed at the owner’s expense.
