John, co-founder of First Prise Properties, has over 20 years management & marketing experience as well as a degree in marketing and earned an MBA from St. Bonaventure University. He and his brother, Tim, started First Prise Properties with one double house in University Heights in Buffalo and have consistently expanded the concept of reasonably priced housing managed by a team concept throughout Western New York.

Tim, co-founder of First Prise Properties, has over 18 years in financial management experience as well as a degree in accounting from St. Bonaventure University. He and his brother, John, started First Prise Properties with one double in University Heights in Buffalo and consistently expanded the concept of reasonably priced housing managed by a "team" concept throughout Western New York.




Amy Jarosz

Northtowns Manager

Amy has been in the service industry as a manager for over 15 years. She was hand picked to lead our Northtowns team because of her dedication to service, her ease at making thoughtful decisions, her upbeat personality and her background of putting customer's needs first. Amy has a Bachelor's and Master's Degree from St. Bonaventure University. She also has background knowledge in maintenance, problem solving and the inner workings of running a dedicated and highly effective team. She is a leader, and someone who will go the extra mile to make sure our resident's needs are met, going above and beyond what is asked of her. She has won accolades from our residents and our team members alike.




Jennifer Vaughn

Jennifer brings over 15 years experience of dealing with customers to First Prise Properties. Jennifer has been in the customer service field since she was 15 years old, and is an expert in handling resident issues and concerns. Her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude has won her accolades with all our residents. Jennifer is a self starter, starting and completing tasks for residents in record time. She is our "t" in "team", and offers a fresh outlook to both "team members" and residents alike.
