John, co-founder of First Prise Properties, has over 20 years management & marketing experience as well as a degree in marketing and earned an MBA from St. Bonaventure University. He and his brother, Tim, started First Prise Properties with one double house in University Heights in Buffalo and have consistently expanded the concept of reasonably priced housing managed by a team concept throughout Western New York.

Tim, co-founder of First Prise Properties, has over 18 years in financial management experience as well as a degree in accounting from St. Bonaventure University. Brandon Prise

Brandon started his career at FPP in Maintenance where he worked with our team members and residents solving a myriad of issues related to the physical facilities of each complex. Brandon moved into the Northtown Manager position seamlessly due to his dedication and his demeanor toward our residents. Brandon earned a BA in Management from SUNY Fredonia, where he excelled in problem solving and effective ways to manage a dedicated and highly effective team. Brandon has shown he is a leader, and is willing to go above and beyond what is asked of him to make sure our resident’s needs are met. He has also won accolades from our residents and team members alike due to his ease at making thoughtful decisions, and his dedication to always putting customers first.

Jennifer brings over 15 years experience of dealing with customers to First Prise Properties. Jennifer has been in the customer service field since she was 15 years old, and is an expert in handling resident issues and concerns. Her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude has won her accolades with all our residents. Jennifer is a self starter, starting and completing tasks for residents in record time. She is our “t” in “team”, and offers a fresh outlook to both “team members” and residents alike.
