RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. Pool hours are from 10am-8pm, 7 days, or 12-8pm, 7 days depending on the lifeguard schedule.
2. Lifeguard must be on duty for pool to be open. Pool is closed any time there is no lifeguard on duty, or for safety, health, maintenance or weather related reasons.
3. Children under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
4. All residents must have a valid pool pass ( no charge) and guests must have a valid day pass ($5.00 per day) to use the pool. Guests may obtain a day pass from the lifeguard.
5. Lifeguards will be obeyed at all times, and their discretion is final. Anyone may be asked to leave for reasons deemed appropriate by the lifeguards. If you are asked to leave, you may not return for the rest of the day. If you are asked to leave twice, you may not return to the pool anymore that year.
6. Guests are permitted only with a resident in good standing.
7. No diving, roughhousing, running, jumping, yelling, foul language or any other action that harms others or yourself will be tolerated under any circumstances. The pool is a family atmosphere.
8. No glass, alcohol, balls, sharp objects, toys, grills, etc. not approved as floating devices are permitted at the pool or pool area.
9. Trash must be placed in provided containers.
10. Anyone in the pool area when a lifeguard is not present, will be assessed $250 by FPP, and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and will have their pool privalege taken away for one full year.
11. Management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property under ANY circumstances.
12. Anyone using the pool, does so at their own risk.
13. Management reserves the right to revoke pool passes at any time, for any reason.
I agree to obey all the rules and regulations above, as well as any other rules or regulations posted at the pool itself, by lifeguards, or added at any time.
