John, co-founder of First Prise Properties, has over 20 years management & marketing experience as well as a degree in marketing and earned an MBA from St. Bonaventure University. He and his brother, Tim, started First Prise Properties with one double house in University Heights in Buffalo and have consistently expanded the concept of reasonably priced housing managed by a team concept throughout Western New York.

Tim, co-founder of First Prise Properties, has over 19 years in financial management experience as well as a degree in accounting from St. Bonaventure University. He and his brother, John, started First Prise Properties with one double in University Heights in Buffalo and consistently expanded the concept of reasonably priced housing managed by a "team" concept throughout Western New York.
Mike Coogan, Manager Emeritus (mcoogan@firstpriseproperties.com)
Mike brought his over 30 years of property management experience to us at the start of First Prise Properties. He has been an integral part of our "team" since we started. He has been with us through each acquisition, and is an expert on all of our complexes. He also holds a Lead Paint Certification, which is constantly updated through all necessary classes, and also attended Erie Community College.
Adam Blanchard, Northtowns Manager (ablanchard@firstpriseproperties.com)
Adam brings over 10 years of maintenance & military experience to our team. He has worked for 2 different companies, such as Round Hill Pacific, and earned a degree from SUNY MCC. Adam is our Northtowns Manager, in charge of our Niagara County properties. Adam brings enthusiam and energy to our "team." He has daily interaction with our customers. He also has the drive & direction in which only a member of the US Navy can offer!
Jonathon Kranz, Southtowns Manager (jkranz@firstpriseproperties.com)
Jonny is a self starter who joined out team as our Southtowns Manager. He is based at Wynterbrooke Estates, and is in charge of our Wynterbrooke and Lake Heights properties. Jonny has a BS from SUNY Brockport, specializing in Organizational Communication. He spent time as a teacher, where he was charged with responsibility of bringing 8 different areas under one "team." He furthered his integration skills at First Niagara Bank, and creates a perfect fit as our Southtowns Manager. Jonny now is able to take his degree, his integration skills, and his self starter attitude and meld them all together into a field that offers him the opportunity to use his abilities in a hands on, everyday, practical approach.
Sean Coogan, Maintenance
Sean brings 15 years of property repair experience to our team and holds the honor of being Mike’s son. He has been building and repairing property his whole life and spent countless hours by his Dad’s side learning the business and holding several different jobs in the field before joining our "team." Sean’s cognitive approach to problems, and his pleasant demeanor toward our customers has won him numerous praises in the form of letters and emails from our residents.
John Bindics, Maintenance
John is a young, self starter who brings energy and enthusiasm to our team. He is a hard working, dedicated individual who puts the customer's needs first. He assesses a problem quickly, and gets to the root of it, and does a professional job every time. He is a cornerstone of our team, and can be trusted to complete each job effectively and to the satisfaction of our residents.
Wayne Weeks, Maintenance
Wayne is an integral, vital part of our Southtowns Team. Wayne brings with us over 15 years of experience at our Wynterbrooke Estates complex and is one of our most popular and most commended employees. Wayne uses his years of experience to quickly diagnose problems, and solve them while keeping in mind our residents are our valued customers.
Greg Wachowiak, Painting
Greg has devoted himself wholeheartedly to developing a growing effort for us. That effort is to have a painting crew that will take on the responsibility of creating a part of our "team" dedicated to the concept of "welcome home." This concept will center around the clean, fresh look of a new home when our residents arrive at their unit, ready to move in.
Michael Muraco, Maintenance
Mike brings over 10 years of repair & maintenance expertise to First Prise Properties. Mike also brings the knowlegde of owning & operating his own business to our "team." Mike is a quick learner and self starter who will solve a problem quickly and is not afraid to tackle new challenges. Mike has worked for a couple of the largest property management companies in WNY, in property upkeep, and brings extensive knowledge to our team.
Jennifer Vaughn, Office Coordinator (jvaughn@firstpriseproperties.com)
Jennifer brings over 15 years experience of dealing with customers to First Prise Properties. Jennifer has been in the customer service field since she was 15 years old, and is an expert in handling resident issues and concerns. Her pleasant demeanor and positive attitude has won her accolades with all our residents. Jennifer is a self starter, starting and completing tasks for residents in record time. She is our "t" in "team", and offers a fresh outlook to both "team members" and residents alike.
