John Bindics, Sr.

John started with us many years ago in maintenance, and is now our Southtowns Manager, working out of our Wynterbrooke Estates office. He is one of our brightest stars as he knows the Southtowns complexes from not only a maintenance standpoint, but most all of the residents by name. John is hard working, dedicated, knowledgeable and available to our resident's to handle a myriad of issues. John is an integral part of our team, and we consider ourselves lucky to have him!
