"OINKTOBERFEST" 2011- SEVENTH PLACE IN DESSERT!

The First Prise Properties “Shuck and Clucks BBQ Team" competed again this year at the 10th annual “Oinktoberfest” in Clarence, NY. Our “team” members cooked everything from brisket to chicken, ribs to pork butt, and shucked over 300 clams (just for snacking) at the two day KCBS (Kansas City BBQ Society) event.
